Description
Six dreams of one day no longer having to dream at all. Along with five other girls chosen from orphanages across the kingdom of Traum by the abbess of Aisling Cathedral, she must spend ten years serving in the cathedral on the rock. The cathedral holds a spring from which the girls, now revered by all as Seers, read omens. As Six and her fellow Seers near the end of their service, the young king of Traum arrives at the cathedral with his band of knights, including Rodrick, an insolent, heretical and dangerously attractive knight. He does not believe a word of the prophecies, and sparks fly dangerously between him and Six. When the Seers begin disappearing one by one during the night, Six has no choice but to seek Rory’s help and then set out with him, the king of Traum and his knights to rescue her fellow Seers.
