Ztracený příběh – Shaffer Meg (2026)

In West Virginia, two fourteen-year-old boys and best friends disappear in Red Crow Forest. Despite extensive searches, nobody finds them for six months, and everyone except their families gives them up for lost. Then the pair miraculously reappears. Raf suffers from amnesia, while Jeremy claims they simply survived in the forest. As Raf remains in hospital for observation, Jeremy and his mother leave for England to stay with his grandparents and never return to the town. Raf feels betrayed and repeatedly tries to contact Jeremy, but Jeremy refuses every attempt. Years pass and the boys grow up. Jeremy becomes famous around the world for his unusual ability to find missing girls. Fifteen years after their return from Red Crow Forest, he is approached by Emilie, who asks him to find her long-missing stepsister, alive or dead. Jeremy initially hesitates but eventually accepts the case, declaring that Emilie's sister is safe and living in Red Crow Forest. For the expedition to succeed, however, Raf must join them—and since Jeremy has avoided him for the past fifteen years, that will not be easy.
