How could life have slipped through her fingers so unnoticed? Megg is the mother of a teenage daughter and a small son. After their birth, she gave up her career as a photographer and became a housewife. Now she takes care of the house, the children, and her husband. However, he is only focused on his career as a corporate director, leaving her completely alone with the children and the household. Moreover, Megg is forced to face her daughter's puberty crisis every day, with whom she no longer connects at all. And then comes the final blow – the death of her mother. When Megg starts clearing out her parents' house, she stumbles upon an unknown film negative that she decides to have developed. Unexpectedly, she discovers a series of photographs that turn her life upside down. Megg embarks on a journey into her mother's past, whom she thought she knew perfectly, and finally takes her future into her own hands.
