2100 asanas is an unprecedented collection of yoga positions, as well as a work of art depicting the beauty and refinement of the human body during yoga practice. Each of the inspiring photographs features an experienced yogi in a pose perfected to perfection. The poses are divided into nine main categories - standing poses, seated poses, core-focused poses, poses on all fours, backbends, arm balances, inverted poses, poses on the stomach, and poses on the back - and further organized into groups of asanas that typically progress from the easiest execution to more challenging variations.
