Description

Every detective in the homicide department makes a mistake at some point. This year, it happened to Hanzel - he voluntarily took a shift on Christmas Eve. His colleagues couldn't understand it. They argued that after Burger, he was the oldest detective in the department and thus deserved a break. Moreover, they had plenty of younger colleagues who had never worked during the holidays. However, Hanzel was not discouraged. The guys in the office already suspected what was behind it. Shortly before the holidays, Hanzel admitted to them - his wife had died in the spring after a serious illness, and he couldn't bear the thought of spending Christmas at home without her. He was troubled by heavy thoughts, which he decided to chase away with work. He signed up for duty and secretly hoped it would be quiet. But he was sorely mistaken.

Right in the morning, a man with a knife in his back died on the operating table. Shortly thereafter, the beautiful Klaudie disappeared without a trace. And as if that weren't enough, another corpse was waiting for Hanzel on the sidewalk under a twelve-story panel building. A detective in the homicide department must solve all cases on his own. When he asks for help, he only hears excuses - after all, it's Christmas. But Ota Hanzel doesn't hesitate and gets to work. Christmas Eve means only one thing for him: unraveling one case after another...
