Description
It's an ordinary Thursday, and life in southern Britain is running along its usual lines. However, the Thursday club of amateur detectives is once again facing a disruption to their peaceful life in the pleasant senior village. Elizabeth, Joyce, Ron, and Ibrahim are preparing to solve another case, a murder connected to a local television legend. But not only is the perpetrator missing, but so is the body of the victim. As if that weren't enough, Elizabeth is approached by a mysterious stranger with an offer that is hard to refuse: either she commits a bloody crime or she ends up buried herself. Will the group of older friends and their trusted and new allies find a solution? And will they save Elizabeth before the murderer strikes again? ***** The third installment in the series of detective-humorous bestsellers will entertain you at least as much as the previous ones.
