Description
A novel about Patrik, a general practitioner with an overly kind heart and good people around him. Today, he would most like to give up practicing medicine. The waiting room is filling up again, while his mother, who works as a nurse, scolds everyone because order must be maintained. Yet neither patients nor colds care how the doctor is feeling. Together with his colleague Marika, Patrik bravely tackles high blood pressure, diabetes, colds and outright hypochondria. Fortunately, there is Hanka. Patrik has been living with her for some time and hopes they may soon become three. But nothing is easy even behind the doors of the surgery. There is Patrik’s obesity, his awkward speeches and one small, strange Drejk. Fortunately, all he needs to do is face his problems head-on and life will be beautiful again. Or perhaps not?
