Description
A horror story from the magical Šumava, where life and death shake hands
In the forbidden territory of Šumava, around the Křemelná River, ancient legends begin to awaken in the late seventies. Border guards increasingly report sightings of unknown light phenomena. Suspicions of possible hostile plans from the West are growing. And age-old tales of will-o'-the-wisps and disembodied spirits are once again spreading through the land. A scientific expedition is sent to the places that have been inaccessible for decades to investigate the mysterious apparitions. The scientists believe they will find a rational explanation, but perhaps it is they who will lose their sanity in the midst of the Šumava marshes. Are these truly natural phenomena, or is something dark toying with them? Each of them carries within their soul the past of themselves and their ancestors — and this land does not forget. This time, Šumava itself will take revenge.
