Description
How do Czech children read today? How has the pandemic changed the leisure time of children and young people? To what extent do e-books compete with traditional printed books? Do children still use libraries? How do young people envision the ideal library? The results of the third repeated nationwide survey of children and youth focusing on reading books, reading behavior, typical ways of spending leisure time, influences of family and school environments, and children's relationship to books and reading in general answer these and other questions. The representative survey took place in 2021 and follows up on surveys from 2017 and 2013.
