Description
A comedy about grief and dancing bears. Danny Malooley has a tough life. A year ago, he lost his beloved wife in a car accident, their son Will barely survived and hasn't spoken a word since. Danny is being hounded by his landlord over unpaid rent, and he just got fired from his job. Employers aren't interested in an unqualified single father, so Danny has no choice but to try to earn the necessary money in a less conventional way. He starts working as a dancing panda in the park. So what if his shabby costume smells of vomit, people mistake him for a ferret, and he dances like a dog grazing? However, things start to look up for Danny when he learns about a talent competition with a nice fat prize. Maybe he can convince pole dancer Krystal to take him under her wing. But the competition date is approaching, and it turns out that Will does speak after all — he just prefers chatting with the stinky panda in the park instead of his dad. Will Danny manage to win the money and regain the trust of his only son before the wicked landlord breaks his bones?
