Description
A disturbingly sharp insight into the darkest corners of ourselves, our families, and our relationships. Psychologist Sara recently opened a private practice and, along with her husband, architect Sigurd, is renovating an old house inherited from her grandfather. However, the reconstruction drags on due to a lack of time and money. One day, Sigurd heads to a cabin with friends; on Friday morning, he says goodbye to Sara at home and leaves her a message on the answering machine that he arrived safely. Sara looks forward to a free weekend. However, in the evening, her husband's friends call and inquire about Sigurd's whereabouts. They say he hasn't shown up at the cabin. What happened, and who among them is lying? Sara is confused. Moreover, strange things begin to happen in the unwelcoming house where she is now completely alone. Sara feels that even her own memory is deceiving her. Gradually, the truth comes to light, and Sara realizes that she never really knew her husband.
