Description
A chamber story that ends where darkness begins. Twelve-year-old Bára is on the brink of adolescence. She shows artistic talent, but also a wild and sometimes uncontrollable nature. With the onset of puberty, the conflict between her spontaneity and her mother's desire for an uncomplicated life deepens dramatically, especially in contrast to her slightly older, compliant sister. The more Bára wants to express her natural self, the more desperately her surroundings try to control these incomprehensible and extraordinary needs. A young art teacher nicknamed Frodo notices her talent and offers her sensitive support in her struggle against the demands of a family that hides very dark places beneath a facade of outward order. However, Bára continues to lose her war in the trenches of misunderstanding. Her only allies become the crows nesting outside her windows in the park. Crows that embody the primal instinct permeating both animal and human lives. A world that Bára is increasingly connecting with. Will someone offer her real help? Is there still a way out?
