Description
The sixth and final installment of the series of Chinese thrillers is called The Beijing Ripper. Its victims are young, beautiful, and horrifically disfigured. All attention is focused on the commander of the Beijing Serious Crimes Department, Li Jen. His superiors, the media, and a terrified public demand quick results. American pathologist Margaret Campbell is invited to perform an autopsy on one of the victims. Her findings shock everyone working on the case. Shortly thereafter, Li begins receiving personal letters from the killer, and his life and career slowly unravel. If he wants to save himself and his family, he must uncover the Ripper's identity as quickly as possible.
