Slavnosti a oslavy ve škole - Aktivity pro výuku lidových zvyků a tradic – Rakoušová Alena (2024)

Festivals and celebrations are an important part of life for preschool and younger school-age children. We commonly celebrate Children's Day, Mother's Day, and well-known folk traditions associated with Christmas and Easter. But how can we grasp and convey to children the lesser-known holidays connected with folk customs and traditions that are an integral part of our culture? This book will be helpful in that regard. ***** The publication will serve as a useful tool for teachers and educators in transforming the values hidden in our folk customs and traditions into didactic activities for school subjects. Folk customs and traditions are also a suitable theme for maintaining the cognitive and emotional balance of the student's personality. The book offers a set of activities that will surely serve as a foundation for project-based teaching of individual holidays and will be part of school celebrations in kindergartens or elementary schools.
