The publication focuses on the issue of managing people in the highly nonlinear environment of organizations, triggered by the chaotic influence of geopolitical, demographic, social, migration, technical, and other factors. The author perceives human resource management as a strategic and logically thought-out approach to managing the organization's most valuable resource, namely employees, who contribute to achieving its goals to a greater or lesser extent by providing their knowledge and skills. This management is carried out through corporate ideology, policies, and culture in relation to corporate and personnel strategy.
