Description
Jenny is celebrating her hundredth birthday and, on this occasion, reflects on her past. Her thoughts return primarily to long-ago events that she has kept hidden, as she is not particularly proud of them. She opens a box in which she keeps memories of turbulent times and decides to embark on a journey that will help her come to terms with her past. She wants to return to a picturesque village in Italy that has become a silent witness to tragic events. Young caregiver Candice, who is planning a bright future with the love of her life, takes a liking to the century-old woman, and despite their generational differences, they become friends. Candice listens with interest to Jenny's stories and wise advice – with one exception. She does not want to hear the truth about her relationship.
