Anna and Benjamin visited their cousin Robin at the lodge on the edge of the forest. Robin shows them a large oak tree, a tree that is 300 years old! It is the pride of the forest and serves as a shelter for many animals. The children observe how life in the forest changes with the seasons - in spring they watch badgers and fawns, in winter they ski around the oak. It turns out that the large oak is a refuge not only for animals but also helps people.
