This time, we will focus on residential buildings, namely villas, castles, and palaces, but also on structures that once served the public – from industrial buildings to cultural centers. The stories of these houses are constantly evolving, and while some of them remain in a dilapidated state, others have already undergone renovation and come back to life. An example is the Nová Včelnice castle, which was sold in a completely derelict condition – so much so that its caretaker fell through the floor. In this book, you will find unique photographs capturing the transformation of these places before and after renovation.
