Description
Biodynamic grape growing involves not only caring for the vine in accordance with natural and cosmic rhythms but is primarily based on caring for the soil that nourishes the vine. If the soil is healthy, full of beneficial microorganisms and organic matter, there is no need to use chemical fertilizers. The goal of the biodynamic grower is to eliminate foreign inputs that burden the vineyard ecosystem and to strengthen the health of the vines only with necessary, locally produced herbal preparations, infusions, and ferments that keep the soil alive and vital. The winemaker completes the process in the wine cellar, which is also subject to all the work done in the vineyard. They produce authentic wine, free of any additives, reflecting ancient technological processes and the art of our ancestors.
