The exercises you will find in this publication are designed to develop and optimize overall mental fitness and mental pace through training individual cognitive functions. The author specifically focuses on concentration, creativity, verbal skills, and partly on memory within cognitive functions, with the largest space dedicated to verbal activities – word games and exercises with letters, words, and language. Most of the exercises were primarily prepared for students of universities for seniors, serving as short practical diversions during psychology lectures. However, even if you do not fall into the senior category, the book has something to offer you.
