Description
A fierce storm sent by the evil sorcerer has robbed the Forest Lady of her precious pearl necklace. Almost all the pearls have been gathered, leaving just seven. However, they have rolled away to a meadow that the Forest Lady cannot reach. Fortunately, there is Matyáš, a little boy who got lost in the forest during the storm. He sets out to find the lost pearls. When he steps among the bells, cornflowers, poppies, and meadow grasses, he has no idea what adventure awaits him. This fairy tale about the battle between good and evil introduces young readers to the most common meadow flowers. To help children reinforce their knowledge about plants, simple questions follow each chapter. The story is intended for preschoolers and younger school-age children.
