Kuba and Bára are siblings who experience various everyday little adventures together. Young readers, who are eager to read or are just getting acquainted with reading, gradually learn all the letters through their stories, in an order that corresponds to the genetic method of reading. The text only includes the sounds and language phenomena that the child knows, building on those. Each chapter in the book introduces new letters and includes a task that prepares children for the comprehensive mastery of reading skills (children identify the first or last sound, the position of the sound in the word, create words from them, break words into individual sounds, into syllables, form different words from the given sounds, search for rhymes, etc.). Each task is accompanied by illustrations to provide children with a visual reference, making it easier for them to complete the task. The book is intended for children aged 4 to 7.
