One of these is borderline personality disorder. Experts expect that in the future, the incidence of early disorders will be even more common than today. Currently, it is estimated that up to 50% of patients seeking psychotherapeutic help exhibit borderline personality disorder. Experienced German therapist Hans-Peter Röhr uniquely addresses the emergence of this disorder, its course, and suggests possibilities for overcoming it, both in therapy and through self-help, in his book. The author chose a lesser-known fairy tale from the Brothers Grimm's collection, "Jan the Hedgehog," as a starting point.
