Vojta and Klárka are back, along with a new adventurous story about the quest for the treasure of Saint Wenceslas. With the help of a somewhat crazy scientist named Alex, the children travel back in time, not just once, but several times, managing to visit the era of Prince Wenceslas, Emperor Charles IV, George of Poděbrady, Empress Maria Theresa, and Tomáš G. Masaryk. The children not only try to find the treasure of Saint Wenceslas but also become its guardians. Together with Vojta and Klárka, through clues in the book, all readers can also become guardians of the treasure by correctly deciphering the encrypted message and collecting all the keys, which they will then use to lock the treasure away in a secret place. The book combines reading with puzzle-solving. Each chapter ends with a logical, mathematical, linguistic, observational, or other task that will direct the children to continue the story. In some places, readers can also independently decide how they think the story should continue. Thus, it is a book in the truest sense of the word interactive. Children sharpen their minds and judgment while also learning about the lives of our ancestors in a non-violent way. The book is primarily intended for children aged 9 to 13.
