Psychodiagnostika v řízení lidských zdrojů – Lisá Elena (2019)

The publication is intended for professionals in the field of human resources, managers, psychologists, teachers, and psychology students. It summarizes the latest scientific findings in the area of psychological diagnostics of human resources, focusing on selection and development, and transforms them into practical needs. Unlike other books on this topic, it does not concentrate on describing specific psychodiagnostic methods but rather on general practical questions of application and interpretation of methods. Elena Lisá, Ph.D., teaches adult psychodiagnostics at the Faculty of Psychology of the Paneuropean University in Bratislava. In her role as a consultant and HR manager, she gained practical experience in preparing selection processes, employee development plans, and implementing other projects in the field of human resources.
