Description
The book is intended for children of early school age and serves as a tool for engaging them in conversations about Christian themes. It is based on the natural world of children (parents, friends, the world around them, basic relationships...) and provides a framework for discussing the main themes of Christianity through short questions and prompts, as well as appropriately retold New Testament excerpts, for both the child and the adult (parent, catechist). The level is adapted to correspond to the child's age and a certain ecumenical dimension. Emphasis is placed on signs from the natural world that lead the child to an awareness of the spiritual transcendence in everyday life. Jana Zajícová teaches at the JABOK Higher Vocational School and is involved in pastoral work, leading catechesis, and teaching religion. In the past, she worked, among other things, as an editor for the AD Magazine.
