Trika od Aptáka 2 - Malujeme tekutými barvami – Slavíková Irena (2016)

The author, together with her sister, creates under the brand Apták, which has already gained a number of supporters among both amateurs and professionals. Apták has a wide range in textile painting, many ideas, and does not shy away from any experiment, which she would like to apply in the continuation of the book 'Paintings on T-Shirts,' where she wants to showcase the versatility of using liquid paints that are not yet as well-known in the Czech Republic as traditional thickened textile paints. Liquid paints have enormous potential for use, many possibilities for effects, are significantly more creative than traditional paints, and it would be a shame to keep this knowledge from both amateur and professional audiences. There are possibilities for spraying, using rollers, and various chemical effects. Liquid textile paints have only recently appeared on our market, and no book has yet addressed their issues, as far as the author knows. She has been teaching them in her courses for the past year, and according to the enthusiastic reactions of her students, this artistic field currently seems unexplored and very interesting. A large field of unexplored technique opens up, which will likely be appreciated primarily by professionals. But the author will certainly not forget about beginners in the book, as they will probably make up the vast majority in the area of liquid paints...
