Get to know one of the most common mental disorders! It affects people regardless of their intelligence, education, or personality strength. Fear and anxiety are normal and important emotions in everyone's life, but problems arise when they occur too often, last too long, and their intensity is disproportionate to the situation in which they arise. Panic disorder is very stressful and significantly limits the quality of life. Every doctor repeatedly encounters patients who suffer from sudden episodes of heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness without identifiable causes, or who fear situations that people typically do not fear.
