Description
The non-existence of the set of all natural numbers does not mark the end of infinite mathematics. The real world offers a wealth of new valuable stimuli, and thus it does not need to seek them in some mythical absolute infinity. In the natural real world, infinity is present in its raw form in the indeterminacy and overall vagueness of phenomena. Moreover, if the findings of existing infinite mathematics are at all applicable, it is precisely to these phenomena. In an idealized form, these phenomena of the natural real world can then be stored in the ancient geometric world, just as idealized phenomena of shape and size were stored in it at its inception. In this book, the author elaborates in more detail on two different kinds of these phenomena.
