Description
This Czech-language guide to film and audiovisual education is intended primarily as teaching and study material for teachers and students at primary schools. It can support a dedicated audiovisual studies subject or be used in other lessons, including Czech language and literature, history, art and music. It also works as a standalone book for curious readers. The publication includes a multimedia platform with film excerpts, visual materials and worksheets for teachers and students, interactively linked to the book through QR codes. It addresses film creation, reception and reflection, offering support in a field that remains uncommon in Czech schools partly because suitable textbooks are lacking. The richly illustrated publication also features visual work by the graphic artist Jaromír Švejdík, known as Jaromír 99.
