Description
On hot summer evenings, a group of self-proclaimed executioners roams the streets of London, abducting criminals and executing them by hanging. A gang member who abused innocent young girls, a wealthy banker who ran over a small boy and fled, and a preacher who preaches hatred and glorifies the death of British soldiers are all sentenced to death. The number of dead is rising, and unrest is growing in the sweltering streets of London. Detective Constable Max Wolfe embarks on a search for the group of murderers, whom a large part of the public considers heroes. However, during the investigation, he uncovers that the desire for revenge begins not far from home...
