Description
A distress call brings investigator Sloan McPherson and the Underwater Search Program unit to a cruise ship off the coast of Fort Lauderdale, where a mysterious explosion has occurred. As it appears to be an eco-terrorist attack and other ships are at risk, a race against time begins – especially with a tropical storm approaching that could destroy all evidence.
