The book 'Grandpa, Tell Me About Christmas' is a loose continuation of the children's book series 'Grandpa, Tell Me.' This time, together with Viktorka and her kind grandfather, we enter the Advent season and prepare for the most beautiful holidays of the year – Christmas. The smallest ones experience the magic of Christmas the most. They love mysterious legends, are enchanted by the illuminated Christmas tree, feel the solemnity of Christmas Eve dinner, enjoy Christmas customs, and eagerly await the gifts that Baby Jesus will bring them. Grandpa tells Viktorka about the origins of Christmas, how it was celebrated in the past, where all the customs and traditions came from, such as the Advent wreath and the letter to Baby Jesus, the Christmas tree and the gifts, carp and sweets, the golden piglet and the first star in the sky. Viktorka learns to prepare the festive dinner and set the table properly. Grandpa tells her old stories and legends and encourages her to love people, family, and animals.
