The Orlické Mountains offer not only renowned recreational centers but also tranquil places where many visitors do not tread. Here, we find exceptionally valuable natural sites from the Bukačka primeval forest to the Zemská brána. Among the admired monuments are unique castles in the foothills, whether in Častolovice, Doudleby nad Orlicí, or Nové Město nad Metují, and we can also visit the church in Neratov, whose fate and appearance are unparalleled in our country. The system of military fortifications from 1935 to 1938 is also attractive.
