Description
A comic accompanying the grand show by Michal Dvořák dedicated to Alphonse Mucha and his work. A young artist arrives in Paris, where he encounters a mysterious woman who seems to step right out of the paintings of the famous Art Nouveau master. However, in the city by the Seine, love and art are not the only things waiting. A dark evil lurks here, threatening to engulf everything the young man knows... Alice Slavíček is a young illustrator, a graduate of the Faculty of Art and Design of Ladislav Sutnar in Pilsen. Art has accompanied her from an early age, which is perhaps why she ventured outside her field after her studies. After two years, however, her talent brought her back among illustrators. The comic iMucha: Drawman tells the story of a painter who discovers his superpower, and the comic itself proves that Alice Slavíček has her own 'superpower'; in her case, it is the sense of how to capture the atmosphere of the story with simple yet precise drawings and visually draw the comic's readers into the plot.
