Conversely, top managers, leaders, or even artists draw inspiration and motivation from sports. In the magazine Coach, a regular monthly supplement of the Sport newspaper, interviews with prominent figures from the world of sports, as well as business, culture, science, and other fields are published. Their experiences offer interesting parallels and open doors to possibly previously unimagined synergies. The interviews were conducted by coaches and lecturers Michal Barda and Zdeněk Haník, with one case supplemented by Sport newspaper editor Adam Nenadál.
