Description
Emily Bennett works as a therapist. She helps children overcome their troubled pasts, even though she herself struggles to forget her own. Once, back in elementary school, Emily was part of a group called the Harpies – six popular girls who bullied a new classmate until she broke down. The Harpies took a blood oath: they would never reveal to a living soul what they did to Grace Farmer. Now, fourteen years later, it seems that karma has caught up with them. One of the little tyrants commits suicide. But when another former Harpy's body is discovered shortly thereafter, allegedly also having died by her own hand, things suddenly look quite suspicious. To make matters worse, Emily starts seeing a woman resembling Grace on the street, who always peeks out from the shadows only to disappear again. Has she returned to take revenge? Or has Emily's guilt driven her to madness?
