Description
Amanda and Clay are heading for a vacation in a remote corner of Long Island. They are looking forward to escaping the hustle and bustle of New York, spending some time with their teenage children, and enjoying the luxurious accommodation they have rented for the week. However, late at night, their peace is disrupted by urgent knocking at the door. Ruth and G. H. claim to be the owners of the cottage. This elderly couple is panicking because the town has reportedly been hit by a sudden power outage, and they have come seeking refuge. Without television, internet, and phone service, it's hard to verify their words. Should Amanda and Clay trust them? What exactly is happening? Is this vacation rental, located far from civilization, really the safest place? A story of two families who are strangers to each other but are forced to spend a long weekend together.
