A cyber attack on the three most powerful navies in the world is driving the affected states towards a looming World War III. Rafík Rošed is one of the most wanted men in the world, a terrorist with a deep hatred for Western countries. He is hiding in North Korea, where he conducts secret cyber attacks on behalf of Kim Jong-un. This time, however, he is ready to execute a masterstroke – to infect the command systems of the world's armies with a computer virus that not only takes over the entire network but is also a form of artificial intelligence capable of learning the art of war. First, he targets the Chinese, who launch an attack on the United States Pacific Fleet. Don Riley, a representative of the U.S. Army Cyber Command, discovers that China has lost control of its army, but there is a risk that the same virus will also attack the American network. It is only a matter of time before the Americans lose control of their armed forces as well. Riley's secret weapon in the cyber war is three exceptionally talented cadets from the United States Naval Academy, who uncover the infiltration while trying to track down the terrorist Rošed. Time, however, is mercilessly running out. Both China and Japan have already lost control over their navies, and the same threatens the United States.
