The next section describes protective systems against degradation, emphasizing the selection of durable materials, structural solutions, inorganic non-metallic layers, metallic and alloy coatings, organic coatings, powder and plastic coatings. Additionally, information is provided on temporary protection during storage and transport, focusing on conservation, protective packaging, and the technology of inhibiting and destimulating corrosion processes in aggressive environments.
