Executive leaders significantly influence life in every organization or institution. Schools are no exception. The reflection on the work of school principals is often not at the center of attention in Czech educational publications. This book partially remedies that by examining the phenomenon of managing the educational process from the perspective of principals. At its core are the results of the author's research. Based on real data, it demonstrates how principals can contribute to improving students' educational outcomes, how their work affects teachers' satisfaction, and the challenges of their own professional development.
