Města jako partner v procesu vládnutí: Případ českých a německých měst – Havlík Vratislav (2013)

Alongside the developing research on European politics, new, less explored topics are being emphasized. Among them is local politics in the context of European integration. Since the late 1980s, cities have been perceived as relevant actors within governance concepts, yet the spectrum of their powers and possibilities in shaping EU policy remains somewhat unclear. The book thus attempts to provide an overview of the real possibilities of Czech and German metropolises within the multi-level governance of EU regional policy, which can serve as a basis for further studies, whether based on examining samples from other countries or other common EU policies.
