The book focuses on the nomination processes in Czech political parties for the elections to the Chamber of Deputies in 2010. It analyzes individual cases using its own theoretical model, combining existing theory with new elements. Thus, it presents not only an analysis of the Czech case itself but also a contribution to the theoretical debate on the possibilities of studying candidate selection in a broader sense.
