Úrovně spravedlnosti: Liberalismus, kosmopolitismus a lidská práva – Dufek Pavel (2010)

The book pursues two main objectives: First, to bring the key segment of contemporary discussions on justice at a supranational level closer to the Czech reader, and second, through a critical interpretation of the most significant cosmopolitan theories of justice, to show that more moderate views on the global expansion of justice principles are more convincing. The argumentation is conducted on two levels: philosophical, concerning the justification of justice principles, and practical-political, taking into account the real feasibility of related institutional proposals. The author arrives at a reserved stance regarding the desirability and simultaneously the feasibility of cosmopolitan justice.
