Description
"Freedom is recognized necessity." I recalled this maxim attributed to K. Marx one morning while walking in the woods. The first thought that came to me was that it doesn't make much sense, and perhaps it would be better suited as: "Recognized necessity defines the boundaries of freedom." From such reflections arose the idea to try to retell some issues and achievements of social and more generally human sciences from the perspective of a technician. I deliberately drew only from the maxims I absorbed during my schooling and from popular literature. After all, with my education, I had no other choice. Thus, a series of short stories emerged, sometimes self-contained, sometimes concluded with brief glosses. For lightness and entertainment, some of my personal "multicultural" experiences from travels both near and far are also included.
