Description
This Czech-language hardcover atlas of songbird nests responds to the major changes in the country’s landscape, where nature has increasingly become merely a means of production. It draws attention to the beauty of songbirds and their nests, often remarkable works of art that are usually well hidden from curious eyes and predators. The book explains why the species cannot be classified simply by habitat, since many occur in several types of environment. Its aim is to awaken broader interest in the songbirds of the Czech Republic among both younger generations and everyone who enjoys walking in nature.
