Description
The Spreeradweg is the name of the route from Neugersdorf to Berlin. Well-developed, it stretches approximately 410 km through beautiful landscapes from three sources of the Spree near Eibau to the vibrant federal capital Berlin. The Lusatian mountain country is discovered with magnificent surrounding houses and their floral front gardens, as well as historical and medieval towns. Visitors experience the charm of the SPreewald biosphere reserve with its protective, unique landscape and Wendish-Sorbian culture not only on a boat on the calm waters but also at various locations. The area around Berlin is rich in forests and water, offering relaxation at Müggelsee. On the way to the Brandenburg Gate and the zoo in the capital, you may also encounter Captain Köpenick.
