Description
The cycling map in Clear Leporello format displays the first 597 km section of the Danube cycling path. The route runs between the Danube spring in Donaueschingen and Passau with its famous old town. The trail leads through a diverse landscape shaped by numerous castles, palaces, and monasteries, such as Sigmaringen Fortress, the Obermarchtal Monastery, or Erbach Castle. You should not miss visiting the cities of Ulm with the famous Ulm Minster, Donauwörth, and Regensburg with St. Peter's Cathedral. A geologically unique phenomenon is the Danube seepage near Everdingen and the breakthrough of the Danube in the Upper Danube Nature Park.
