Target level A1 Target group: Young learners in the country and abroad without prior knowledge of German. Learning objective: The course leads to the level of the German certificate in three volumes. Pingpong neu addresses the requirements that modern language teaching places on a textbook for young people. Authentic everyday language is conveyed through youth-related topics and situations. The dialogues and situations are designed so that learners can communicate with each other from the very first lesson. Active learning keeps interest in the new language and its environment alive. Group work, games, and songs provide variety and stimulate different learning impulses. The learning material is presented in short, manageable units that are self-contained.
