Description
It is the summer of 2013, and Abigail Kamara has been left to her own devices, which those who know her may consider a mistake. While her cousin Peter Grant, a police constable and apprentice wizard, is away chasing unicorns, Abigail investigates a mystery of her own. Teenagers around Hampstead Heath have been going missing, only to return home unharmed but unable to explain where they have been. With the help of her new friend Simon, her knowledge that magic is real, and a group of talking foxes who believe they are spies, Abigail ventures into the wilds of Hampstead to discover who is luring the teenagers and, more importantly, why.
